My name is Violet and I have been married to Alisdair for 30 years. We have two grown up sons. Christopher is 26 years old and Steven is 22 years old.
I am a Registered General Nurse and worked with Forth Valley NHS for 34 years, 25 years at Stirling Royal Infirmary and 12 years as a Community Staff Nurse.
I retired from the NHS a year ago and continued to work as an Elected Member.
I was elected in 2009 following a bye-election and I am privileged to be re-elected to represent my communities.
