Bryan Flannagan

Bryan is a retired submarine naval officer who has seen service in theatres around the world. Initially serving in smaller attack submarines, his final appointment was to HMS Victorious as the Navigating Officer; during which time the submarine served as the UK's strategic nuclear deterrent.

Joining the Conservative Party in 2016, he was elected as a new councillor in May 2017 and is now proud to serve his constituents as a Bailie, Armed Forces' Champion as well as a member of various committees. He is married to Laura and they live within the Stirling East Ward with their 2 dogs.
