This is the 85th year of this national competitive festival which is famous throughout drama circles for featuring theatre of the highest standard. The winners and runners-up of the Edinburgh, Falkirk, Fife and Stirling District rounds of the festival will compete here at the Albert Halls with the top two plays going forward to represent Eastern Division in the Scottish Final.
