Cycling is a skill for life and is a great way of helping you stay fit and healthy at the same time as doing your bit for the environment. Learning basic cycling skills at school can make all the difference.

Bikeability Scotland is the name for a three level Cycle Training in Scotland, designed to give the next generation the skills and confidence to ride their bikes on today’s roads. Cycling Scotland can provide more information on cycle training.

Active Stirling, through the Active Schools programme, develop and support volunteers in schools to deliver cycle training to enable children to cycle safely.
