Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE)

SVE offer a comprehensive range of services to voluntary organisations, charities, social enterprises and groups. Resources can be downloaded from their website and membership is free for working or based within the Stirling Council area.

Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO)

The SCVO offer short courses covering a broad range of topics such as IT, organisational governance, personal development, employment law and capacity building. There is a cost for attending.

STEP (Stirling Enterprise Park)

STEP helps Stirling businesses get started by providing advice, training and contacts. They offer workshops on topics such as IT, web, accounting, sales, health and safety and HR. Many of their courses are suitable for the community and voluntary organisations, some costs involved.

Forth Valley College

The College offers a number of training qualifications such a those on health and hygienemanagement and leadership, and higher education qualifications such as English and Maths. The college operates from various locations including Raploch and Falkirk. Costs may apply.

Planning Aid for Scotland

Planning Aid for Scotland is a charity and social enterprise that helps people to navigate the planning system.
