ALFY has been introduced across Forth Valley to help support older people to remain well at home. If you, or someone you care for, are over 65, you can call ALFY at any time on 01324 567247 for Health-related advice and reassurance.
Find out about activities for older people, providing an opportunity to socialise with like-minded people, enjoy local cultural experiences, or experience invigorating sport and physical activities.
Clubs and organisations
Clubs and organisations can provide advice, support and information for older people.
Are you are no longer able to maintain your own garden? Our garden maintenance team may be able to help.
If you are 60 or over and live in Scotland, you are entitled to a free National Entitlement card which provides free or subsidised bus travel around Scotland.

Care at home

Therapeutic day support
If you are over 65 and currently undergoing rehabilitation following an identified medical condition, our Otago exercise programme may help reduce your chances of falling by a third.

Stirling Council, NHS Forth Valley, The Stirling Ambulance Service and Forth Valley College are working together to create a new Stirling Care Village at the ex-Stirling Royal Infirmary site.
