Most of our Telecare equipment requires a unit. Your unit is connected to an active land line telephone socket and a nearby mains power socket.
There are additional types of assistive technology to support people with:
- long-term health conditions
- more complex disabilities
- cognitive problems

Mobile Emergency Care Service enables vulnerable people the ability to summon help and assistance by pressing a button which can be worn around their neck, wrist or clipped onto clothing.
